International Women’s Day is an opportunity to celebrate the wonderful wāhine in our lives. A mother, daughter, grandmother, workmate, or friend who has inspired or helped you; a day to reflect on the influential ways they have made a difference in who you are.

The new year offers a fresh start, and what better way to kick off 2024 than to take a look at communication and how to master it in the digital age. With the overuse of screens in the school holidays and juggling the balance between online and in-person, it’s important now more than ever to set some guidelines and coping strategies for how best to communicate in a digital era.
